Bombo was the first Morgan I purchased. I had always wanted a Morgan ever since I read the story "Justin Morgan Had a Horse". That dream finally came true in 1984 and Bombo and I have been together since. He's taught me a lot over the years. He was the first horse I ever trained from scratch. He has a very loving nature and appreciates even the smallest friendly scratch on the withers. He is our babysitter (whether it be children or newly weaned foals). He seems to understand that it is his job to take care of them. I can put our grandchildren on Bombo and with his patience he allows the children to know the thrill of riding on the back of this gentle creature. To me, Bombo is everything I every dreamed a Morgan could be. My friend!
